We have two rooms coming available for move in August 1st. The home is in an excellent location at the bottom of the Queen Anne hill. A 15 minute walk to the Trader Joe’s right up the hill, and a 5 min walk across the bridge to Fremont (no Uber needed) if you're in search of a tasty restaurant, live entertainment, or a drink at a local bar. Bedroom A: $785 a month. This bedroom will share a large bathroom with one upstairs roommate (Sonja). Room is large enough for a small couch, a desk and a TV plus a bed. Bedroom B: $900 a month. This is the largest bedroom and has a private bathroom and large walk in closet. This room gets lots of natural light and has a skylight. The room comes with a small couch and a bed plus room enough for a desk. Everyone in the house is in their mid 20s. The general vibe of the house is laid back and outdoorsy. Most housemates skii, snowboard, hike and enjoy being outside. Currently no one works remotely though people tend to be in and out of the house throughout the day. We have worked to make the house feel homey and we have occasional movie nights (we have a 72" TV plus surround sound!) and summer hangouts. 420 friendly but no smoking inside please. The basement has a ton of storage if you need and house has a washer and dryer! The kitchen is quite spacious with new appliances and plenty of cabinet space for all of your kitchen needs. We’re in search of a roommate that is responsible, cleanly, and that will fit into our lovely home! The ideal housemate will be wanting to live in the house for at least 6 months.
