Available 06/01/2023 for a lease running June 1, 2023 - May 31, 2024. Move-in costs: first/last/security deposit. Joining roommate will have one unfurnished room. There are two rooms available, one room is on main level, and one room is upstairs on second level of the unit. The room on the main level includes a closet and an enclosed porch. The room upstairs includes a closet.
