It is a private room in a townhouse. **master bedroom for rent***need a roommate ** I have a large master bedroom available for rent in Glendale. The room is 416 square foot, has queen bed, 2 night stands, walk in closet, wardrobe closet and built in vanity. Also has it's own private bathroom. The room is located upstairs in a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse that is 1689 total square feet. The other room is occupied by mature male that is a manager for a pool company in Scottsdale. He is very nice, quiet, respectful, reliable and clean. The home offers access to the common areas. I ask that you have respect for these areas as they are for you to use but not abuse. I do not accept any smoking in the house. Common areas are mainly the living room, dining room, student desk area, kitchen, laundry room and 1/2 bathroom all downstairs. Plus private enclosed covered patio with a covered parking spot out back. Be prepared to pay prorated rent plus $900 security and utility/cleaning deposit.
