a tiny house all start with the foundation. There are generally three types of foundations to consider based on building location, budget and preference - raised timber frame, on grade and pier. Before picking one,

A raised timber frame is a wooden base

The On grade tiny house foundation is perfect for a flat land location and involves pouring a slab. It also serves as a much stronger foundation when compared to a traditional on-ground foundation. Pier Foundation
The Pier foundation is great for various terrains and involves multiple posts that hold structural support beams. Although not as strong as the on grade foundation, it provides very good support for a tiny house. It is often used as a good solution for areas prone to flooding, which is often the case for beach locations.
