Hi everyone! The person I offered the master bedroom in my house to backed out last minute, so taking the time to repost it! No pets, no exceptions sorry - Location: Valencia Park; please use this address (elementary school around the corner) for commuting purposes: 981 Valencia Parkway - large master bedroom in 5 bed, 3.5 bathroom house (15x13); two closets one is a walk in! Private in-suite bathroom with ample storage. All mirrors above sinks are medicine cabinets. ($1450 + split sdge + wifi) available for immediate move-in! - Communal areas include 2 furnished livings rooms, large kitchen, dining area, breakfast nook, two fridges in house, washer and dryer with a half bathroom downstairs. - Large backyard with view that overlooks downtown. - A monthly deep cleaning service will be provided for the communal areas. - Access to two car garage (one spot will be used for storage until ~mid august), and side house parking. The house is in a quiet suburb and there is always ample street parking as well. - Who you will live with: other girls in their mid-20s who have wonderful communication skills, keep the house tidy, are respectful, and are extremely supportive! The house is lovingly dubbed a sorority house because you’ll always have someone to have movie/wine nights, farmers market outings, and bar nights with. ❤️ - The girls have put together a google form along with my own financial screening criteria to find the next roomie!
