Hi everyone! We're looking for someone to fill one of the bedrooms in our 4 bedroom flat. Sorry no pets! MOVE-IN AUG 1st. Rent is $1200 plus utilities (roughly $75/month). First month plus $1200 deposit. Prorated for July 15th move-in. The Apartment: We’re in the Inner Sunset at 14th Avenue and Lincoln. A few blocks from Golden Gate Park, a half block from Andronico's Market and close to all the Muni lines. We have the top floor of a 2 unit building. Washer/Dryer in the garage. Common areas include full kitchen, living room, and shared backyard. The bedroom is in the front of the house and gets great light during the day. We are a laid back home and are all friends. We like to keep the place pretty mellow without "bringing the party home." The Roommates: There’s 4 of us and we’re in our 20-30s, working full-time. Although we have pretty busy schedules, we like to do movies or dinners together when we can. Girl 1 works full time and goes to grad school. She loves cooking, painting and going to the gym and yoga. Guy 1 is a full time photographer for Pottery Barn and has a passion for record shops, basketball and John Candy movies. Girl 2 works for a small bio-tech company. She enjoys going to the pottery studio, swimming, playing soccer and yoga in her free time. Guy 2 works as a bartender. He loves the outdoors and stays active in his free time enjoying hiking, biking, kayaking, playing guitar, and all around adventuring.
