Hello! My name is Michelle and we are a house of 3 girls and looking for a 3rd female around 30 to move in ASAP mid July or Early August as one person is moving out. You will be renting 1 bedroom and 1 private bathroom located next to your room. This is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath with a shared bathroom on main floor. This is a lovely house on a quiet residential street just a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants and Gas Works. Also easy access to downtown and close to 99. O The bedroom is on the 3rd floor with vaulted ceiling and walk in closet. Two women currently live here (both work outside the home) and we are looking for someone who also works outside of the home. There is a large open kitchen, living room which is in the process of being refurnished and decorated and a garage with room for some storage. *Parking is street parking by permit with city *Utilities vary and are paid to landlord monthly or bimonthly when he sends invoices *Room is painted cream *has nice window light *laundry in unit *heat but no ac :( We are looking for someone around 30 who is kind, respectful, friendly, clean and helps with communal house duties and expenses. Looking for good energy in this space!! Also someone who is good with 420 outside house only as some tenants smoke occasionally on patio, no cigarettes! Also this bedroom is directly next to the 3rd roommates master and door noises can be heard quite a bit in our shared hallway. Need someone who will be respectful and turn knobs and close doors gently as to not cause a smacking sound. It is quite startling to hear them especially in close proximity. When we find a good fit for our next roommate, we will be signing a 1 year lease, so need someone who can commit to that.
