About Vista De Luna

We offer short-term monthly stays for all our studios! Each studio is unfurnished and has been fully renovated with brand new flooring and appliances, including an air fryer, microwave, 1 burner cook top and a full- size refrigerator. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rent. Vista De Luna has a sparkling swimming pool and spa. We are conveniently located right off the I-8 freeway in El Cajon. It is in a prime location, only minutes away from shopping, entertainment, and great schools. Rates starting at $1,370! Pets are welcomed with a pet deposit and monthly pet rent! PLEASE READ THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE APPLYING: •Credit score must be no less than 550 •Monthly gross income to qualify must be 2 times the rent •We will not accept past evictions, judgments, or collections from a management company *Note above list is primary qualifications, call our office for secondary qualifications* Come see your next home at Vista De Luna - we are located at 588 N Mollison Ave. El Cajon, CA 92021 .
