About Saddleback Ranch Apartments

This modern apartment complex is situated on a 17 acre parcel at the edge of town. The 32 unit complex consists of 4 two story hallways with 8 units in each. Each unit is heated with its own gas forced air furnace, central air conditioning, and its own water heater. Every apartment comes with a washer and dryer, as well as a covered parking spot. You will enjoy your own private patio/deck. Pet's are welcome with no size restriction (sorry, no bully breeds) for a $50 per month, per animal fee (max 2). There is plenty of green space to take the dog out and throw a tennis ball. The property is owned and operated by Four R's Properties, LLC, a local family owned company.
