Midway Apartments are located in a quiet area near local restaurants and stores. (NO PETS ALLOWED) ALL APPLICANTS: --ALL LEASES ARE 12 MONTHS --CREDIT & BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED FOR ALL APPLICANTS. A BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE 18 OR OVER. --NO EVICTIONS IN THE LAST 10 YEARS. --MINIMUM 600 CREDIT SCORE. --APPLICANTS BETWEEN 18 AND 21 MUST HAVE A CO-SIGNER.
