Hello! We are looking for a new roommate for our 4 bedroom apartment 5 min away from the Chestnut Hill T stop and 2 min walk to a Star Market/CVS. FYI I’m not going to respond to “is it available” with anything other than yes. If it’s up it’s available and I want you to read this whole ad 👍 Available 8/1 and lease is through 9/1 2024 (13 months) Currently we have 4 young male professionals/students and are hoping for someone similar though we are don’t mind a roommate of any gender identity and expect the same (we are a LGBTQ and ally household). If you’re someone who finds a bit of mess or dishes in the sink for a little bit I’m going to be honest that this is probably not the best place for you 🤷🏼‍♂️ Also, we are a mostly vegan house (3/4) so we’d strongly prefer a roommate who is at least vegetarian. If interested please give me some information about yourself and, to make sure you read this far please also be sure to tell me your favorite animal lol Note that the bed, bookshelves, desk and a dresser are in the room.
