Hello future housemate! We are three twenty-somethings living in Mission-Dolores. We are looking for one laid-back and friendly housemate to live with us in our newly renovated, historic, 3rd-floor, 4 bedroom/1.5 bath apartment. The room is $1,210 per month, AVAILABLE JULY 1ST. With high ceilings and lots of space (~115 sq ft.), you can fit a queen bed, desk, chair, and bookshelf comfortably. Room price is based on square footage. There is also a small closet space that can accommodate your clothes and shoes. The apartment: A four-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom Victorian apartment with beautiful historic touches. The apartment is very large, with a spacious living room and kitchen. There is a ton of natural light, and it is very quiet. Our landlords have always been very responsive and have made all the requested repairs within a few days. Utilities vary each month, but it averages $40 per person. Edit: Unfortunately this apartment is not pet friendly. This apartment is in the middle of the city, making it easy to commute to any location. We are also surrounded by all of the amazing restaurants, bars, and shops that the Mission has to offer (i.e. Tartine, Bi-Rite Creamery, Delfina, Four Barrel, etc.). About us: We are a group of three in our early 20s with a cat (emotional support animal-ESA). We are looking for an easy-going and friendly roommate. We are open to roommates of all genders. Roommate 1: (she/hers, early 20s) I'm originally from Gilroy, CA (yay garlic!), and I'm working in SF as a paralegal. I'm a huge foodie and love my movie/wine nights. I obsess over jigsaw puzzles/legos and my dog Mochi (not living with us, unfortunately, but I'll always jump at any opportunity to show off photos of him). I also love going to the beach and hiking in my free time! Roommate 2: (he/his, early 20s) Hello! I grew up in Seattle, and I currently work as a research scientist in South SF. Outside of work, I brew hard cider, run long distances, skateboard, play saxophone, and eat tacos. On the weekends, I love to go out, but I am always down to relax at home. Roommate 3: (she/hers, early 20s) I currently work at a veterinary hospital. I am a big foodie and love to cook. I also like to watch movies/tv (fantasy/sci-fi/drama/anime), take walks, and get coffee in the area. Also, I LOVE my cat named Sesame (ESA) and have a fantastic plant collection.
