Dryhootch is a nonprofit organization formed by a combat Veteran with the mission to support Veterans returning home. Dryhootch will be onsite to help to create a residential community where Veterans can live in a centrally located community with immediate access to downtown, grocers, services and public transportation The Valor offers -Community Room, + Underground Parking + Fitness Center + Onsite Leasing Office + Playground + Storage Units All apartments come with energy star appliances: full size washer & dryer, range, self-cleaning oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, central air conditioning, gas forced air heat, large windows, storage, onsite management, onsite maintenance and afterhours emergency service. The property pays water/hot water/trash/sewer, residents pay electricity and heat (gas). We will NOT have any 1-bedroom apartments.
