About The Gardens At Town Center Senior 55+

The Gardens at Town Center is comprised of 176 new one- and two-bedroom brand new apartment homes complete with the latest in conveniences. Each apartment is designed with a modern, open floor plan, a fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, individually controlled heating and cooling, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, a large storage room, and either a balcony or patio. The building is completely smoke-free, with a designated smoking area outside the building. There planned activities in which residents are encouraged to participate. Thanks to our very active residents, we are never short of activities on the premises, although if they prefer, residents are always welcome to choose the quiet and solitude of their modern apartment, patio or balcony. The community room will be bustling with scheduled activities and events. Residents are also welcome to reserve the community room for no charge to host an event of their own.
