About Southwind Apartments

The SouthWind Place Apartments is a quiet community complex with a swimming pool, playground and laundry facility. We have 2 bedrooms with one bath, or 3 bedroom with 2 bath: Spacious main bathroom, full size appliances, double sink with spring faucet and disposal, ceiling fans in every bedroom, and Free storage unit located outside of every apartment. We respect our residents here at SouthWind and try to make everyone's living as comfortable as possible. We are conveniently located off of Hwy 102 which makes it convenient to get to I-49 from our location. We are open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Ask about our monthly Specials!!! We also have on ground a new daycare "ABC HAPPY KIDZ" that is now enrolling. Residents pay their own monthly electric, water (garbage included in your water bill), telephone, cable and Internet.
