We offer upscale one-and two-bedroom apartments with many amenities, as well as convenient access to shopping and activities. *************55+ Senior Community*************** Some of our units participate in the Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, which establishes caps on rent. These specific units will require that approved applicants to have at-or-lower than the income requirements set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. This income limit is calculated on an annual amount, before taxes. The current Section 42 annual income limits are: For 1 person: At most $37,620.00, depending on the income restriction of the apartment that is available. For 2 people: At most $42,960.00, depending on the income restriction of the apartment that is available. Onsite Management office hours are: Monday & Wednesday from 10:00am - 4:00pm Friday by Appointment
