Brand new apartments in the old Eastern Elementary school, now known as Emerald Flats. Fully-equipped kitchens(fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal), central air conditioning and heat, and beautiful finishes in a quiet neighborhood. Murphy beds that convert into couches are installed in the Studio units. Income restrictions apply. No pets allowed.
