We are careful and diligent to get the correct tenants for our properties which will fit in with the neighborhood and the neighbors.   They will have  a good track record  for work and tenantship. We will expect proof.   We are honest, fair and legal, and we build upon that, we expect the same from our existing tenants and our new tenants. If WE get this relationship wrong it's not good for either party. We have clear, comprehensive, inclusive lease agreements which are based on the following premise: we, the land-lord  provide a property, and you, the tenant, provides the rent in full, on time each and every month. We do this with honesty, integrity, respect and with appropriate community behaviors, and Ohio state tenant/ land-lord code.
