Hello! We are looking for the right fit to rent a room in our lil cully oasis. The room includes bedroom, bathroom, and small workplace. We have a spacious shared kitchen where you will have your own cabinet space and mostly your own refrigerator. There is a shared coat closet and plenty of basement storage!!! There is an area for you to potentially have your own garden as well! We keep a clean and organized home with a shared chore situation and everyone helps with yard maintenance. The house is fully decorated and furnished except for your living space, please no more animals! We (alani and karlye) are two professional cooks and artists. The garage is used for one of our studios and we rent the majority of the house. We love to ride bikes, garden, and talk about food!!! We have a cat named kimchi and we have our dog Junbee part time. We ask that you are very chill, courteous, clean, communicative, self sufficient, are looking for a room in someone’s house that’s pretty much your own tiny apartment to live in! No smoking inside, not a party house, please no couples, it’s a single occupancy room. Rent is $775+ utilities. Please respond with a bit about yourself and what you are looking for!
