Hii! My husband and I, both in our early 20’s, are renting our 4 bed 2.5 bath home in Virginia Beach area 😁 The neighborhood is in a prime location in Virginia Beach! Its a safe and quiet neighborhood that is close to many entertainment locations such as top golf! Its about 20 minutes away from NAS Oceana, NAS Norfolk, and Little Creak Base. We have 2 rooms available for use. This is what it currently looks like, however we will be having the house deep cleaned and adding new furniture prior to renting it out on July 1st. Your bedroom comes unfurnished but the rest of the house will be furnished. The house will also come with a washer and a dryer. The rooms available are priced at $750 and $800 with all utilities included. My husband and I are both in the military, but I will be a full-time student as well. We are both very clean and quiet people as we want to focus on our careers at the moment. We have 1 medium dog named Luna who is very well trained!
