Since they are in the back of the house, these bedrooms are insulated from street noise. $1100 / room. I used to do Airbnb, so I have bedroom furniture for your use if you want it. All rooms are available unfurnished, partially furnished, or furnished. About the house: - A spacious, 2000 square foot house on a quiet street, sunny, solar powered, hardwood flooring throughout. - Sunny backyard with a deck, a pergola, and lots of lemon trees. The backyard is a great place to relax. - Spacious, furnished living and dining rooms with a large picture window that brings in a lot of light. - Huge kitchen with dual ovens, dishwasher, and a gas range. - Fast 100 MBit internet with wireless throughout the house. Also, wired connections in the three available rooms. - In-garage parking space for one car. Flexible use of driveway for 2nd parking space. Rent: You will be on a lease together that provides 2 rooms for $2200 per month. The deposit = 1 month of rent. The per-room amounts above are just suggestions -- you can split the total rent between yourselves however you like. Utilities are split equally.
