Single occupant room only (no couples) Unfortunately no pets Must be willing to sign a 1 year lease The space: A cozy mid-century home with endless natural light and plenty of space for 3 ppl to stretch out. Open floorplan living room with floor to ceiling windows of greenery, large kitchen, front treehouse style patio, and grass backyard with weekly landscaping. Landlord represents the original owner and is very nice and accommodating. All the fixtures are super nice and have their original timeless and sturdy design. Original hardwood flooring throughout the house. Located on a sleepy residential street without any noise pollution. Neighbors are mainly retirees/families. Very safe. Street parking with almost no cars so take your pick. 2 car garage being used as an open creative studio with work benches, piano, & sewing machines you are welcome to use as well. Plenty of space in our flower beds for you to have your own garden! Last two photos are of the room and private bathroom that would be yours. The room: Nicely sized (11x13), walk in closet, large window for natural light during the day. The wallpaper pictured will not be there when you move in. Us: 2 male mid 20s-30s who get along well. Tyler is a fashion designer who works as an operations manager, enjoys hanging out with his pup. Matthew works at a fashion recycling startup nearby. Enjoys cycling to work and around the neighborhood to grab a bite to eat at the many diverse restaurant options. Cooks often and invites you to taste test! You: ~flexible Mid-20s-30s, , values open and direct communication. We have a rotating weekly cleaning schedule that we stick to and expect the same of our third roommate in addition to cleaning up after ourselves throughout the week. No dishes on the left side of the sink. 1 pup: Kosmos is a 4yo basenji, the breed that doesn't bark (or smell, look it up on wiki!), he sings on command and plays piano (not joking). He is perfect and calm. I’ve been around a lot of dogs and this one is an angel. The landlord has expressed interest in no more than one pet (sorry). We have some plans to install a projector for movie nights, and add a few intentional furniture pieces to fill out the space. Overall, the vibe is very mellow and chill.
