No need to ask if it is available*** I have a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at Wahu, on the 8th floor with an amazing view(3rd and 4th pictures are taken directly from our living room. ***It is 865 per bed, not for the full 2 bed apartment. However 2 beds are available to rent in this apartment*** The view is down Washington ave overlooking UMN campus. Wahu has some great amenities ranging from a nice gym, to a pool, hot tub, multiple study rooms, pool table, coffee machine in the lounge, ... We are both looking to move out for the summer, so we have both bedrooms available. both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. It would be available from July 1st to august 10th, you would be responsible for these months. If you would like to move in with a friend, that works great. If you would just like to take one bedroom, that also works. Price is normally 965 a month, with garage parking that is usually a 135 additional fee but we are taking off 100$ a month and you won’t have to pay for garage fees, so it will just be the 865/month, plus utilities which is 40-70$ a month.
