Our landlord is really great and so are the downstairs neighbors that have been there for 5+ years so we’re hoping to find a responsible/respectful individual/group to live here. $2,500 per month, 13 month lease August 1st, 2023 - Sept 1st, 2024 FIRM MOVE IN DATE Technically a 12-month lease but looking for someone to add an additional month as we are trying to move to maine a month early! Total move-in costs: 2x rent (first, security): $5,0000 -2 bed, 1 bath (or 3 bed if you don’t need a living room) -both can fit a queen size, although second bedroom is a tad smaller. You can still fit a desk/dresser and they both have closets -.04 miles walking distance of Packard’s Corner -includes in-unit laundry -parking is an ADDITIONAL $150 a month - otherwise just get a permit from the city and use street parking that’s available.
