Address is 6202 Kauffman Ave Temple City, CA 91780 Looking for a roommate who loves dogs, is clean, and openly communicates to share a 1560 sqft, 3 bed 2 bath house. Private bedrooms & bathroom - $1654 is half of the total rent and includes the two bedrooms and a bathroom and shared spaces - Total rent is $3308/mo plus bills (bills split) - ideal for someone who needs an office at home, or another roommate - I'm open to 2 roommates that are ok to share the bathroom (couple is fine) - Kitchen, common areas, yard, and garage - great lighting, central air and heat - 1 dog currently in the house, additional dog OK - Pet deposit up to $250 - washer/dryer included - refrigerator included - fully furnished home (common areas) - unfurnished bedroom - plenty of closet space - additional storage in garage and in house. - Off street parking - Utilities split between tenants Looking at move in end of June, beginning of July. The space is a almost fully furnished (not the bedroom) home with 1 male occupant and a wonderful 50lb dog. I have lived here for almost 3 years and just need to find a roommate to fill the share the house and split the rent/bills. 3 bedrooms, I have the “master”, you'll have the other large bedroom and the smaller bedroom/office. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 large living areas (front room and living area in back by the master). The laundry room is in the living area and I have a washer and dryer included. The kitchen is large. I typically park in there based on functionality of the driveway and gate. It is great for storage.There's a giant lime tree and a small but fruitful orange tree.
