I am the owner of this newly renovated house situated in Upper Fells Point and I am looking to rent 1 room with a private bathroom (not ensuite) About the house: 3 stories, 3 bed, 3 bath. House comes with top of the line kitchen appliances, patio and rooftop deck. The house is completely furnished with cookware, washer, dryer. There is a crawling space for storage purposes which comes in handy. About the room: The room is in the 2nd floor and has it’s own full bathroom outisde of the room. The room has lot of natural light as it has big windows, and count with space to fit a desk for working or doing homework. About the location: It's about as good as it gets. It's less than a 10 minute walk to heart of Fells Point, and about a 15 minute walk to Canton Square. Patterson Park is about a three minute walk. Many people in the neighborhood walk to the Johns Hopkins' school of public health, the hospital, and the school of social work. We are also on the JHU shuttle route. The #7 bus stops virtually on our doorstep and goes directly into the heart of downtown, stopping just a block or so from the MARC train and the O's stadium. It also connects with the purple line which will take you to Canton for free. Requirements: Ideal prospective tenants must either be students or professionals, ideally between 20 to 45 years old. About the roommates: The process: The room is available on starting in May 9 . To secure the room, I would need a security deposit of 2 months of rent $899 amounting to $1,798. One month will be used towards the rent of your last month of the lease, and the other one will be refunded after 30 days of leaving the house. Rent is $899 per month and utilities are included except for Cable and Internet (Water and Electricy). The lease is for twelve months. A background check will be required. No pets please
