Windmill Townhomes and Duplexes are just three blocks from Texas State University, nestled in the peaceful hills near campus. We offer professional on-site management and on-site maintenance. You are invited to view your new townhome or duplex today. You get great townhome-style living at apartment prices. First-time renters are our specialty. We know that many of our residents have no prior rental experience, and that our role is to educate as well as to provide clean, quiet, and comfortable housing. We also attract and market to residents who are serious about their education. RENTAL FEATURES - Two and Three Bedroom Townhomes - Extra Large Townhome Units - Your own two story home with no one above or below you - Full Size In-Unit Washer and Dryer - Individual Wooden Decks - Study outside and enjoy the fresh air - Ceiling Fans Throughout - Mini/Vertical Blinds - Microwaves - Frost Free Refrigerators - And Much More! COMMUNITY FEATURES - Walk three blocks to campus - No more parking issues - Small, Clean, and Quiet Community - Not non-stop noise - We have an on-site maintenance staff who address maintenance issues promptly. Our dedicated maintenance technician has spare parts on-site, an array of tools that facilitate prompt and complete in-house maintenance and repairs of common issues that arise. - On-Site Parking - Close to Shops and Dining - Two Minute Walk From The Bobcat Shuttle Stop LEASE TERMS - Leases generally run from July 30th to July 9th - No utilities are included in the rent. You should budget for $150 per month for utilities. - Rents are for the entire apartment. We do not rent per bedroom. - Pets Policy: No Dogs Allowed. Cats allowed with a $300 non-refundable pet fee.
