About Village Inn Apartments

We are conveniently located near shopping and freeway access. It's furnished with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher (some units may not) and garbage disposal. We have amenities for your convenience: Clubhouse with kitchen and pool table and Ping Pong, fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Coin and card operated laundry facility on site. Pet friendly 25lbs and under with deposit of $350 for first pet, $100 for second, plus $15.00 a month pet rent per pet, call to ask about other restrictions. Additional charge of $35 for basic Cable per month. The garbage is included in rent amount. You will have to make 2.5 times the rent to qualify (read Rental Criteria). We offer a Rental Lease Agreement for 12 months. Rents may vary if new appliances/flooring added, additional $50 more per month (see maximum). We have a waiting list on our Realvest Company website.
