The Townhomes at Double Creek is a participant in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, delivering quality apartment homes at an affordable price.Conveniently located off of Texas Toll Road 45 in the highly rated Round Rock Independent School District, Townhomes at Double Creek is five minutes from major employers and an array of dining and shopping options. But the community offers so much more. Double Creek features spacious two-story, three and four-bedroom townhomes in Round Rock, each with an attached garage, private patio, and washer/dryer connections. Our quiet community is home to many long-term residents who know they can expect a dedicated, responsive staff and maintenance team with decades of experience in the industry. Our on-site professionals are trained to provide the best in service. Demand the best in value, service, and location. Expect nothing less than the Townhomes at Double Creek. Please note that the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program is administered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), and Townhomes at Double Creek applicants must meet the required income criteria in order to qualify for housing. Please review our Qualifying Criteria. In accordance with LIHTC and HUD guidelines, Townhomes at Double Creek maintains a wait list for Very Low Income (VLI or 50%) units. Our anticipated wait time for VLI units exceeds 2 years. Low Income (LI or 60%) units come available more frequently.
