Welcome to The Sail Cloth Factory in downtown Baltimore! Conveniently located on Pratt Street, adjacent to the University of Maryland Medical and Graduate School campus, and hospital. The Sail Cloth Factory was built originally in 1911 when industry and inspired architecture were natural companions. Here, Sail Cloth was manufactured for sailing ships. A hundred years later, this remarkable commercial landmark made a stunning transition to the unique apartment building it is today. The Sail Cloth Factory has been lavishly restored and maintained as a luxury residential community with 107 distinctive apartment homes.
