The property is just a short walk from the newly renovated Hilldale Shopping Mall - home to Macy's, Target, The Great Dane, Café Hollander, Sundance Cinemas, and numerous fine-dining establishments and upscale boutiques. You will also enjoy our central location to several banks, a post office, and clinics. Perfect for all ages, you will appreciate our proximity to downtown Madison, UW Hospitals. Student living is easy with bus lines right outside your front door! Our beautiful apartment homes adjoin Rennebohmn Park, complete with tennis courts, a community garden, and an ice rink in the winter months. We strive to meet the needs of our residents.
