One-bedroom options come with your choice of dining room or without and we have multiple layouts to choose from in our two-bedroom options. We recently underwent a multi-million dollar renovation to our complex, which included adding wood-style flooring, granite countertops, tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances to many of our apartment homes. The Cape is all about amenities as well, starting with a state-of-the-art, 24-hour fitness center with new machines and equipment. We have a beautiful resort-style pool as well, in addition to several seating areas, BBQ grills and an outdoor kitchen. Other amenities include a sand volleyball court, catch-and-release fishing pond, updated resident clubhouse (featuring a coffee bar, conference room and more) and parcel lockers. We have a dedicated maintenance team and on-call courtesy officer to ensure residents are happy. The Cape Apartments are also perfectly situated in Northwest Houston; we’re adjacent to the Champion Forest, Tomball, Louetta and Kohrville neighborhoods and Downtown Houston is just a short drive away.
