Sunpointe Townhomes is the perfect place to come home to. Our brand new, spacious 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes all include 2.5 bathrooms. All of our units have a full size washer and dryer, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Appliances include refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Our living areas are very spacious, and all of our units have a balcony, or patio. Our rent prices go anywhere from $1,829 - $2,499. Rent includes sewer and landscaping! We do require that a Security Deposit is paid at move-in; this amount will vary between $2,000 and $3,500 based on your income level, credit, rental, and criminal history background. We are a pet friendly community! We have no weight or breed restrictions when it comes to dogs! We allow up to 3 pets per townhome. At Sunpointe Townhomes, you'll find a life made easier.
