About Summerfield Apartments

Hello, Thank you for your interest in our apartment community. We are a large upscale apartment community with beautiful mature landscaping with a park like setting throughout the property. We specialize in two bedroom apartment homes. We offer assigned parking, 5 on-site laundry facilities, and 2 beautiful sparkling pools. Residents are welcome to come and relax in our Club House, while enjoying a complimentary cup of coffee, read the local newspaper and take in the view of the pool. Residents have access to our in-house Gym with restrooms and showers. Rest assure we have an on-site Management Team as well as Maintenance Technicians to address after hour emergencies. Effective July 1, 2021 all new residents will be in charge of paying for water, sewer and garbage. Also, RENTERS INSURANCE IS REQUIRED. No pets allowed but service animals are welcomed. We are conveniently located within walking distance to a major bank, gas station, popular fast food chains, grocery store, personal grooming boutiques, pet grooming station and restaurants.
