About Sapphire Apartments

The Sapphire offers spacious floor plans – 1, 2, 3 bedrooms + 2-bedroom with den units. Each of our apartments feature in-unit washers and dryers, granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, plank flooring and carpeting, window treatments, spacious closets, and most have balconies/patios. The building includes a community room, a party room, an indoor pool, a fitness room, a trash chute(s), large-capacity elevators, monitored camera entrances, and 24/7 Luxer One package lockers. The grounds include a fire pit, outdoor gas grills, a dog park, and a playground. The building will include on-site professional management. The community is smoke-free. Free parking is available in the parking lot. There are also available attached, tuck-under and detached garages available for an additional rent charge. Rent includes heat, water/sewer, trash/recycling. We are dog and cat-friendly. (Please inquire about dog breed restrictions.)
