About Plato's Cave

Newly remodeled studio and one-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes. Amenities include: on-site laundry (coin and app operated), swimming pool, tornado shelter, and a fitness center. Kitchenettes include two stove-top burners, a microwave, and a 7.5 cubic foot fridge. We are pet-friendly! $350 one-time pet fee per pet, $30 /month per pet (max 2 pets), no aggressive breeds, and 35-pound weight limit. $35 application fee per adult. No felonies or prior evictions. We do not do credit checks, however, you must have 6 months of verifiable income with pay stubs or proof of income and 6 months of positive rental history.
