The serene atmosphere among a park-like setting features over-sized grand oaks which pleases even for the most selective resident. Our unique floor plans offer upgraded flooring and light fixtures, additional storage, linen closets, built in bookshelves, “office” nook and large screened in lanais. Our Palms may be Hidden however our customer service and attention to detail is second to none. With easy access to Interstate-75, Interstate-275, and downtown Tampa, your commute to work should be an absolute breeze. We are pet friendly, but do have some pet restrictions of no aggressive breeds and a 50lb weight restriction.
