Huntsville's Hidden Treasure is located on I-45 North. 1 mile north of 11th street. We are conveniently located near shopping centers and Huntsville's historic downtown. SHSU IS JUST 10 MINUTES AWAY. We offer the following: • Wood Laminate Flooring (select units) • Granite Countertops (select units) • On Site Laundry Facilities • (2) Swimming Pools • 24 Hour Maintenance • Oversized Walk-in Closets • (99) Channels of Cable, Internet & (1) HBO Channel • Enclosed back Patios (select units) • Pets welcome! Apartments are unfurnished. Utilities are $22 per occupant for water/sewer/trash and cap at $50 for three or more occupants. We do require renters insurance and have a liability policy available for $11 monthly or you can bring your own policy. Application fees are $40 per adult or married couple.
