Downtown Living on the River!! Built in 1925, the Builders Exchange Building of San Antonio was the gathering place for the leaders of the building industry. Today, the distinctive ten-story structure offers 41 attractive apartments- Most of which enjoy unobstructed views overlooking the San Antonio Riverwalk. Designed with the discerning tenant in mind, the Exchange apartments are finished with painted stucco walls and stained concrete floors in a style that recalls that of a New York City Loft. Listed in 1994 on the National Register of Historic Structures, The Exchange is the choice of perceptive individuals whose contemporary outlook makes them appreciate both historical charm and the convenience of downtown living at the right place The entire lobby was restored to it’s original 1920’s style detailing. Stained wood solid-core front door for each apartment. Apartments are individually metered and cable ready. Studio design showcases apartments with 10-foot ceilings and a gallery of operable windows. Each apartment has ceiling fans, smoke detection and sprinkler system. Entire building has a fire monitoring system. Building has two high-speed passenger elevators. Washers and Dryers are located on floors 4, 5, 7, and 10. Trash Chutes on every floor. 24 Hour Emergency Maintenance
