About Cross Street Village - A 55+ Community

Welcome to Cross Street Village Apartments! We are conveniently located in the old Ypsilanti High School near Depot Town on West Cross Street. Our historic building dates from the early 1900's, now renovated and restored into 104 Luxury Apartment Homes for active adults, 55 years and better. Our apartments feature soaring 14 foot ceilings and 12 foot windows, upgraded white cabinets and LVT flooring. They have a very bright and airy feeling. Each apartment home has a unique floor-plan, some with details that date from the original building.
