Cobblestone Apartments, a 200-unit community, nestled in a pocket of North Central Phoenix, offers family living at an affordable price. Our spacious one and two bedroom apartment homes have private patios/balconies and come equipped with dishwashers, full-size appliances, and washer & dryer connections. Select units at Cobblestone offer the warmth and comfort of wood-burning fireplaces and our tree-filled courtyard surrounded by a walking trail, perfect for walking your pets at sunset. Enjoy the dog park while strolling through the property. Cobblestone Apartments has an on-sight club house equipped with a full kitchen, perfect for private functions, business meetings, or family celebrations. The pool area is just outside of our clubhouse and has gas barbecue grills, as well as a spa and two sparkling pools, one of which is shallower for family fun. Cobblestone is centrally located just off Interstate 17 and Greenway Road, just two miles from Arizona State Route 101 for easy access to Arrowhead Towne Center, Deer Valley Shopping Center, and Bell Towne Center. Each shopping center offers a variety of restaurants including P.F. Chang’s(R), Texas Roadhouse, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Paradise Bakery & Cafe(R), to name a few. We are located just minutes from the IMAX(R) theater; multiple gyms such as LA Fitness(R) and Curves(R); Castles ‘N’ Coasters and Wet ‘N’ Wild amusement parks. Several golf courses and stadiums including Peoria Sports Complex, Arena, and University of Phoenix Stadium are located within your reach. With its North Phoenix location, this community is an easy drive to Flagstaff for skiing and snowboarding and to Sedona for a visit to Slide Rock State Park and swimming at Grasshopper Point.
