This five-story, new construction building is located at 449 Bridge Street with stunning views of Grand Rapids’ West Side. The first floor offers commercial restaurant spaces with large glass storefronts and a lovely landscaped patio. Residents have a private main entrance off Bridge Street to a lobby with an elevator and mailboxes. There are 44 apartments in the building with 11 apartments on each floor. The units do not come furnished, and are pet-friendly*. These energy-efficient units have everything you need to to enjoy the amenities that Bridge Street has to offer! The apartments are constructed with high-quality, large fiberglass windows, R-21 insulation on exterior walls, sound insulation between units, solid-core doors, and LED lighting. All apartments will have washers and dryers in the unit.
