We would like to invite you to make Ashford Place your new home. You'll enjoy the excellent location near the heart of Clarksville where employment, fine dining, and an assortment of stores are all available only a few minutes away. A non-refundable Application fee of $25 is due at the time of application. Security Deposit: $200 of which $75 is nonrefundable.
