We will need to see and print the entire report. This will not affect your credit score. Option #2 is $29 per applicant: We will send you a link from RentPrep's SmartMove to provide a credit report and a full rental background check. This will affect your credit score, and could cause it to drop. We prefer tenants have a Minimum Credit Score +/- 600, and NO EVICTIONS. If your credit score is just below 580, we need to discuss your circumstances. If you are currently in a bankruptcy or have eviction history, we will not consider your application at this time.
