There is a sliding barn door to the bathroom with a cute farmhouse vanity, a commode, and a tiled shower with a seat. There is a tankless instant hot water heater just for you! Farmhouse chic built-in shelving, gas stove, and refrigerator with plenty of counter space and bottom cabinets make a cute and functional kitchen. 2 queen-sized beds are built into an alcove in the wall complete with reading lights. Just put up a curtain for a cozy private space. The built-in bookcase next to the bed offers great storage, as do the two drawers under the bottom bed. There is also a storage area for suitcases or other seldom-used items. In the rafter area above the bathroom & open to the main room. (Not shown in the picture is a removable custom ladder to access the top bed.) Plantation shuttered double doors open to a shared backyard and firepit. Maximum occupancy 2, and all tenants must go through the application process. Although there are personal effects and furniture shown in the photos, this will be a non-furnished unit. There are two Full-sized beds with 2 built-in drawers, but mattresses will not be included. There will be animals on the property and there is a vet on the corner so you may hear and see them. Any pets that you have will need to be negotiated separately.
