Your Room : Extremely comfortable clean bed, and fresh bedding, dual pained widows to keep heat out in summer and warmth in winter. A fan with light kit to keep your room air circulated, custom closet organizer. Your room has a couch, refrigerator, sitting area with a table, microwave, large desk You also have a large refrigerator (shared) Floors in your room are wood. Who Will we rent to? Individual ONLY, not plural. no pets of any kind. Must be working outside home No smoke, drugs or any visitors.
