- Cozy Condo with In Unit Laundry and A/C - Available for 1 year lease! The cozy, one bedroom condo is the perfect way to experience City living! Located in uptown, just off 21st and Downing, it is just minutes from all Denver has to offer and is just next door to St. Josephs Hospital! To get to the unit, you'll enter through the lobby and head up the elevator to the 3rd floor, then through the next door on the 3rd floor to the outside patio, where all the 3rd floor units are located. The hallway and kitchen of this condo is lined floor to ceiling with storage and cabinets. The bedroom is located just off the hallway and has a large window for natural light and fresh air. There is a good sized closet for plenty of storage. Just outside the bedroom, you'll find the full kitchen with a complement of stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and induction stove. The full bathroom contains a large vanity, standing shower and a unitized washer and dryer. The living room is spacious and open and contains additional storage and a fold out table. There is also a dedicated storage unit in the basement for this unit. TENANT QUALIFICATION CRITERIA *Total income of at least 3X monthly charges & 640+ credit score is required. *Co-Signers will not be considered to fulfill any qualification requirement. *No more than 3 unrelated parties are allowed. * Unrelated parties over the age of 18 (roommates) must qualify separately with an income of at least two times (2x) rent for EACH roommate, e.g., two (2) roommates must have a combined income of four times (4x) the monthly rent.
