I have two available bedrooms in my townhouse for rent. The townhouse is located in Herndon which is within close proximity from Ashburn, Reston, and Sterling. The first bedroom is a comfortable size bedroom for a person and has a twin size bed, a dresser, and a double sliding door closet. The bedroom has a shared bathroom in the hallway with another tenant. Renting this room includes all utilities, washer/dryer, parking pass to spots approximately 100’ from the house, and all the shared common areas of the house such as the kitchen, dining room, upstairs and downstairs patios, and entertainment room. The rent for this unit is $1,000 plus a security of $1,000. The second bedroom is one of two master bedrooms in the house which is on the same floor as the other bedroom for rent. This bedroom has a king size bed, two nightstands with lamps, and two big walk in closets which should accommodate all your needs for storage. The bathroom is inside the bedroom and is also big with a his and hers sink, jacuzzi tub but not name brand, stand up shower, and of course a toilet. Renting this room includes all utilities, fiber optic high speed internet, washer/dryer, one driveway spot, and all the shared common areas of the house as described above. Rent for this unit is $2,500 plus $1,000 security for (married couples) or $1,500 plus $1,000 security for a single occupant. A six month lease is the shortest lease available and a background check of $50 is required for all applicants.
