There is a thermostat in each room for heat. It’s a big house with a car less garage for the laundry and storage. The 2 cats are siblings and hang out in the house. They’re good cats. Your roommates are all over 30 and professional. We all got along, interacted with each other, never got in each others way. I didn’t have any problems with bathroom schedule since it’s shared. It’s very relaxed. I will be leaving June 30. There is a $500 returnable deposit in addition to the 1st months rent to move in.
