This is a 12-month lease from Aug 1, 2023 to the end of July 2024, with the option to renew. You will have a spacious room with ample natural lighting. You will share the bathroom with 1 roommate, who will be a recent Harvard School of Public Health grad. The apartment comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, a small dishwasher, a shared back patio, and central heating. The apartment building, unfortunately, does not allow pets. The apartment is in Allston, MA, where you have easy access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. (all within a 5-minute walk). The 66, 64, and 501 buses stop right in front of the apartment, and the green line is less than a 10-minute walk away. The rent for this room is $1300/month. You will split the internet and utilities with your roommate, which adds up to about $100/month.
